Gjakova, Kosovo

Gjakova is a city located in western Kosovo, in the Dukagjini region. It is the administrative center of the Gjakova District and has a population of around 100,000 people. The city has a rich history dating back to the Roman period, and has been influenced by several different cultures over the centuries.
